    Position: Account Executive / Customer Service Representative

    Primary Responsivilites:
    • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Review documents
    • Data entry
    • Confirm release and availability of shipments
    • Dispatch shipments for delivery
    • Confirm delivery
    • Generate and e-mail invoices
    • TIMELY correspondence with importers and vendors
    • Proactively help other departments
    Required skills:
    • Detail oriented and organized -> must be able to avoid mistakes
    • Find ways to increase productivity without sacrificing quality
    • Take on additional responsibility when asked
    • Manage competing demands/priorities
    • Integrity
    • Punctual and dependable
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in e-mail, Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and other productivity software
    • Quick learner
    • Mandarin/Cantonese a plus
    • BS Degree preferred

    This is a FULL TIME salary based positon.

    Benefits: Health and Dental coverage after a 3month probation period.
