Position: Account Executive / Customer Service Representative
- Primary Responsivilites:

- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Review documents
- Data entry
- Confirm release and availability of shipments
- Dispatch shipments for delivery
- Confirm delivery
- Generate and e-mail invoices
- TIMELY correspondence with importers and vendors
- Proactively help other departments
- Required skills:

- Detail oriented and organized -> must be able to avoid mistakes
- Find ways to increase productivity without sacrificing quality
- Take on additional responsibility when asked
- Manage competing demands/priorities
- Integrity
- Punctual and dependable
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in e-mail, Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and other productivity software
- Quick learner
- Mandarin/Cantonese a plus
- BS Degree preferred
This is a FULL TIME salary based positon.
