Great World was founded by John Ting in 1980. His vision was simple: a global logistics company that provided a complete door to door service. Building on that vision, GWL became one of the first companies in the Bay Area to combine freight forwarding and U.S. Customs clearance. Over 30 years, we have cultivated a strong network of partners throughout the world, from Asia to Latin America to Europe to the United States.
